  2、Preparations before construction

  2. Strengthen the review of construction drawings
  Drawings are the basis of project construction. Before the start of the project, the main personnel of the project are familiar with the engineering drawings and project-related specifications, technological conditions, and fully understand the design intent. Check the construction drawings for "wrong, missing, bumping, missing", summarize all the problems and submit them to the construction unit, and ask the design staff to make clear at the design briefing meeting or drawing meeting. Strive to solve the problem before construction and reduce the impact of drawing problems on project quality and schedule. On this basis, formulate more practical and feasible project management implementation rules.
  3. Carefully review the organization design (or construction plan) of steel structure fabrication and installation.

  3. The quality acceptance of steel components is very important

  2. Installation quality control

The derusting and coating quality of steel components should be strictly inspected according to the design requirements to ensure that the coating quality meets the specifications and standards.

  6、Construction site safety control
  On-site construction must have a construction plan with approved safety technical measures, and meet the requirements of mandatory standards. Check whether the construction unit complies with daily safety regulations.
